Spring and planting season are just around the corner!

Happy Spring! This cool weather is great for our vines, and we expect a good year for our grapes.

We are planting on Saturday June 1, starting between 11 A.M. and Noon. We will start in this staggered fashion so that we can give everyone a good in service as to the technique, but there is nothing different than the last several years for those who have helped us in the past.

We will plan to stop when we are done or at 4 pm – whatever is sooner. Then get together for our annual picture-taking and obnoxious short speech (we really need to introduce our Board Members to all, and say a little about our charities), followed by a great dinner, very enjoyable beverages and lawn games for those so inclined. There will be a campfire and you are welcome to stay overnight (we’ll be creative in finding you a place to sleep !) if desired.

Our goal is to have fun while helping some great charities. Check out our 3 charities, and our contribution amounts to them over the last 2 years, on our website. Just click on the “Financial Contributions” tab to see this information. We are indeed “Good people, having great times, helping outstanding charities” and you are the reason that we are able to do this!

So, we look forward to seeing you and any others you know who share our vision on June 1. Please call, if I have not personally spoke to you, to let me know that you are coming and how many you will be bringing so that we can get roughly the right amount of food and drinks, and answer any questions you may have.
